Barre The Back Room
L'arrière-salle est un speakeasy caché situé dans l'hôtel Shangri-La au Fort de Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Depuis son ouverture fin 2018, il est rapidement entré dans les rangs des 50 meilleurs bars d'Asie en 2019. Le bar prend au sérieux son thème de l'époque de la Prohibition, du décor des années 1920 aux casquettes plates, gilets et robes à clapet portés par l'équipe. La carte des cocktails se concentre sur les boissons inspirées de l'époque de la Prohibition. Il y a aussi un laboratoire de boissons caché sur place où divers distillats sont produits, y compris le propre gin Bee's Knees du bar.
