Restaurant Celera
Celera, dont le nom signifie "appétit" en malais, est un restaurant étoilé au guide MICHELIN situé au troisième étage de Comuna à Makati. L'espace salle à manger élégant, faiblement éclairé et aux tons noirs avec une cuisine ouverte crée une ambiance de mauvaise humeur parfaite pour une soirée en amoureux. Deux chefs-propriétaires élaborent des plats asiatiques contemporains qui s'inspirent des influences du Japon, de la Chine, de Singapour et d'ailleurs, proposant des créations riches en umami utilisant du dashi, de la fermentation et de la fumée subtile. Un accompagnement astucieux et un service chaleureux et hospitalier rehaussent le repas, ce qui en fait une expérience vivante et sensorielle qui vaut la peine d'être recherchée.
