The name Aya is derived from the Filipino word "anyaya," meaning a formal invitation or to invite, embodying the essence of the local spirit of gathering. The concept takes Hapag's passion for the fascinating history and culture of the Philippines by putting a spotlight on local dishes and produce, offering a menu that combines traditional favorites with reimagined classics. Guests can expect joyful wines, culture-forward cocktails—such as the Kamias Margarita and Guava Spritz—alongside Filipino small plates, all designed to celebrate the spirit of gathering.
