Metiz buzzes with energy fueled by chef Stephan Duhesme's passion. Drawing on local ingredients, traditional Filipino recipes, and his international experience, the visionary chef reinterprets Filipino cuisine through a bold, modern lens. Fermentation plays a key role, with house-aged elements adding depth to high-quality vegetables and seafood, creating a thoughtful and exciting journey rooted in Filipino heritage that reimagines flavors with purpose and precision.
