Tucked away in Makati's Legazpi Village, The Curator is a dual-personality hideaway. By day, it is a refined third-wave coffee shop serving precision espresso and pour-overs. Come evening, a sliding door opens into a dimly lit cocktail lounge. Drinks are treated as stories inspired by notable figures, and bartenders often build bespoke cocktails based on a guest's flavor mood.
